SERIOUSLY this company has been harassing me since day one! Paid them in Full in April. Now they are sending me another bill for $150 more for some sampling they took which I did not agree to beware is all I can say they took down my previous review which was not good!
Logan replaced my home roof lines where the wind was blowing off shingles. He used longer nails and hand nailed rather than a nail gun. He was punctual on his appointments, great communicator and very thorough on his explanations. Enjoyed working with a small, family owned business and very happy with the work.
From my initial inquiry, to the very finish, the job was done fast and professionally. I had 3 layers of roofing that needed stripped, metal, cedar and asphalt shingles. There were many issues that needed addressed. They worked through them, maximizing experience & muscle to overcome the obstacles, ending with beautiful results. Common Sense Roofing installed our new roof last week. We replaced a 50+ year cedar shake roof and while we were sad to see it go, aesthetically, we are thrilled to have a new roof with an extensive warranty. We couldn't be more pleased with the process and work completed by John, Logan, and their crew. Common Sense Roofing just completed installing a new asphalt shingled roof on our house. The team was great, efficient, business oriented, and very pleasant. In and out in 3 hot days. They laid tarps over everything to protect bushes, plant and grass. The next day, after a windy night, we picked up a few pieces of left over roofing material and nails that they missed but it was minimal. Overall, we’re very happy with the results.
