From my initial inquiry, to the very finish, the job was done fast and professionally. I had 3 layers of roofing that needed stripped, metal, cedar and asphalt shingles. Common Sense Roofing installed our new roof last week. We replaced a 50+ year cedar shake roof and while we were sad to see it go, aesthetically, we are thrilled to have a new roof with an extensive warranty. Common Sense Roofing just completed installing a new asphalt shingled roof on our house. The team was great, efficient, business oriented, and very pleasant. In and out in 3 hot days. They laid tarps over everything to protect bushes, plant and grass. The next day, after a windy night, we picked up a few pieces of left over roofing material and nails that they missed but it was minimal. Overall, we’re very happy with the results.
Common Sense Roofing was fantastic! They kept in touch every step of the way, always quick to respond and clear about what was happening. John and his team really know their stuff, answering all my questions with confidence and offering great advice. The crew was awesome—hardworking, friendly, and they cleaned up very well. Couldn’t be happier with the job they did. Highly recommend these guys for any roofing needs!
