My daughter stayed here for 6 months. The name of the place was called "Common Paramount." The address is 5639 W. Lexington Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90038. After 6 months, her lease was up and did everything correctly about checking out at the end of her stay. It has been 2 1/2 months and she has still not received her security deposit. I would give Common 1 star if I could. I have been living with Common for almost 6 months. Here is what I have learned: - They almost never delivered the shared goods you are paying for (when they do they deliver scant supplies weeks late) - They clean the shared spaces infrequently - They are utterly unresponsive to critical issues (one of our smoke alarms has needed batteries for over two weeks and they still haven't fixed it) - They mock you openly (our washing machine has been broken for 5 months and their responses o... read more
