Carlos was 30 min late to my tour and was extremely rude and dismissive to my mother on the tour. he disrespected me to my mother saying “we have 6 other amazing personalities that all get along w each other, your daughter will cause drama with her personality” my mother said she was blind sided by his rudeness. she was appaled and taken aback. she said simple decorum or delivery couldve changed the experience but his aggresive demeanor made her extremely uncomfortable
I had an incredible experience with Carlos. He was extremely informative during the renting process and made things so easy. He has been an incredible landlord and I am so grateful for his help! I absolutely love living here and it is truly all thanks to Carlos.
I’ve really enjoyed living at this co-living property on Melrose Ave. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Melrose with great restaurants, shopping, coffee spots, and everything you need just steps away. I am truly delighted with the experience I had with Carlos Vasquez. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to find the best possible solution for my daughter, ensuring that she feels completely comfortable in her new living situation. Carlos spared no effort to make sure we were fully satisfied. I am confident that my daughter is safe and very well taken care of in the apartment Carlos arranged.
I was very satisfied with everything. The manager, Carlos Vasquez, gave me the best possible support to find what was perfect for me. He was always available, and my well-being was his top priority. He genuinely wanted me to feel comfortable and never put any stress or pressure on me to decide on the right room. He was a great help throughout the entire process, and I could rely on him completely. It was very beautiful, clean, and safe here. I can highly recommend it to everyone.
