Such an easy place to live. The building manager Carlos Vasquez is always readily available, the building is well kempt, and the household gets along very well, fortunately.
Really like the Melrose by Category apartment. Large common area of living room, dinning and kitchen in modern and elegant designs. Bedroom is also big enough for me to do some dancing in the future. Carlos Vasquez showed me the apartment, gave me a relative lower price, helped me with the application and payment, and gave me some advanced move-in dates than the contract. He really helped me a lot, thanks to him I finally got the home I like
Melrose by Category has everything you want in an LA property. You’re <10 mins from most of the prized parts of the city and the area itself is walkable and clean. Of course there are drawbacks, but if the worst thing that you have to deal with is living with roommates and having to clean up a little, it’s worth it for this beautiful property in a great area with cheap rent.
