Wish I could give this zero stars, but Google won't let me. Absolutely terrible, TERRIBLE service. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Good luck if you have a problem, because with Common, you will never be able to solve it. They have been terrible from the start. These guys in common are senseless and disgusting. They don’t respond and they don’t care. They wr very eager to get money but they don’t support. I was moved into the apartment after 3 days of my move in. Anthony never answers call or never respond to txt. He say he is sick always
The building itself is great. However, the service and communication with Common Living are terrible. Anthony, the current manager for Common Living, doesn’t reply to people’s questions and concerns. When questioned, he tends to blame others and never gets back with a solution. Common Living is supposed to have someone in the building every Saturday to assist people, but I have never seen a living soul here. Amazing property!! Nashawn was a our guide for our tour. Went the extra mile showing us every single available option we had and was very responsive even afterwards. PS , the cafe has great coffee ☕️!
