I hired Karmen Fails of Common Ground Realtors to vet and approve a tenant for a vacant unit. She approved an unqualified person and supplied fraudulent paystubs, and a false criminal background check results and in consequence I approved and signed a one year lease agreement based on the false information Karmen Failure supplied to me. This company is the only company I cannot seem to get a hold of when I absolutely. Need to. As someone who is looking to move out of my current Airbnb into a place of my own it really strikes me as odd who this is the only company who can provide what I need at a fair price with me willing to put down the money needed to pay these folks but how can I do that when the office is closed and all I get is a voice-mail essentially telling me that you don't want my money And believe me. Well I had Common Ground Realtors handle several transactions for me both residential and commercial also for my daughter, this has been over a period of 40 years. The company owner and all of the staff have always gone above and beyond in providing excellent service and support. I recommend Common Ground to everyone, they may be a small office but they provide a huge service.
