Refuse to fix problems, gone to SACAT. Now having to deal with a civil suit due to being lied to about reports, refusal to provide a F.O.I. request. A simple dripping shower leak that caused serious illness and my apartment to be closed up and not usable could have been fixed by myself but was told it's a safety thing so I waited. A whole year on and I'm still fighting for what I'm owed.
