I'm new to Common Beverly but I've really enjoyed everything here. The pictures do not lie and the community here is super welcoming. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a calm, lively, and comforting sace to live. Also, get to know Carlos Vasquez, he is great at working with new tenants and in general a great person, reccomend x100!

Having stayed here for 3 months it has been nothing but the best! The surrounding area is beautiful, very conveniently close to Ktown and the Larchmont area, and the sunsets are amazing from the rooftop! Carlos is super friendly and always checks in to make sure everything is cool! As well as Eddie who is the best maintainence guy ever! Great experience, and would highly recommend for anyone new to LA or just in general as well!
The apartment is really clean and comfortable, the rooms are just as adversited. Carlos Vásquez is a great landlord, he helps you with the whole application process and is really easy to talk to.
