Carlos is an incredibly kind and helpful building manager. From the beginning, he was prompt, proactive and tried to help me meet my needs as someone looking to rent quick. It was like a breath of fresh air to be met with such patience and understanding, especially in this stressful time. Moving suddenly felt like a smooth and reassuring transition with Carlos.
