GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! NEW MAINTANENCE GUYS!! MANAGEMENT IS UNDERSTANDING WHEN I HAD A ISSUE COME UP AND COUD NOT PAY RENT ON TIME. ALWAYS CORTIOUS!!
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! The maintenance is a joke! It will take them 6 months to fix your air! Worst of all you WILL get robbed! And the maintenance guys know who it is but won't tell anyone! It's all an inside job! Supposedly it's a couple of teenagers who know the owners (they also piss in the pools!)! I was robbed of my tvs, game system and my bluray player! I would NOT recommend any of Smith investment/ commodore rentals to a dog on the streets. Very poor manors from the office staff. The asst. Manager is a very dishonest individual. Not to mention the terrible condition of a maltatude of the units. Very poorly maintained grounds and rental units: pot holes, broken fence pole,molded gates and patios, a heard of stray cats spreading feces any and everywhere, warped flooring in the upstairs townhome units. This apartment complex is very bad with fixing things. Let me start of by saying I'm a very patient person. I called to have leak fixed. They came out and stopped the leak. Which caused them to remove the light fixture in the bedroom. I gave them 2 days, I called back the agent said they wait several days to make sure the leak has stopped. It's been over two weeks and she still tells me it will take four additional days. Also I now have a leak in the living room area. Which this isn't the first time this has happened.
