WORST Apartment In Millington DONT MOVE HERE I came home from work and the air conditioning man changed my filter and then my air went out I called the office and asked her to call the air conditioners guy she said he answer to email and she processed by asking me did I want some fans I said No I want my air fixed today she stated that other people air was out to what does that have to do with me
DONT Move in Commodore Village apartment these are the Worst living experience I ever had in 48 years
Great place to live. Never had any issues! Been living here for a year and have no complaints. The staff is great, they help me in any way possible. The apartments are very nice and provide plenty of room for the price.
I love this place.The office staff is wonderful!!! Brandy was outstanding before and during our move in. We moved from Michigan and hadn't rented for over 39 years. She was patient, kind and very helpful.My experience from the first time I walked in the office looking for a place to live was great! I have experienced such a great Property Management Team that are as nice, helpful and willing to do anything needed (within reason) to make my living experience there the greatest! This $hi/-hole never seems to fail me. While I AM able to pay my rent by the 1st; I never do, & never WILL!! Haha!! That lazy woman who's run the main office will accept ANY excuse I give her. The reason I refuse to, and pay when "I" choose, is due to the horrific conditions of this apartment complex... They just don't deserve on time payment. The roaches are everywhere, and the big bad owners haven't a clue about being actual reputable property managers. ONE STAR!! Ha!
I'd choose to live in Frasier, Westwood, or Whitehaven before renting from these screwball "King of the Hill" types, ever again!" I'm so happy I was just visiting a friend during my time when I learned how the office girl sneaks around & does her little tricks with the books, before it was time for me to decide where I should take up residence. There are no appropriate words that I feel comfortable typing... It's just a great relief that I no longer must be there; and I'm so sympathetic to those who feel as I did. STUCK!
I joined my dear friend when she was seeking an affordable place to invest her money. During the course, I was subjected to the most bizarre "family", that I was very close to ringing the authorities; due to being so concerned for those not as 'tuned-in to such rhetoric'...
