My parents have owned their condo here going on 25 years now. While it’s a beautiful building on the ocean, the HOA here is a challenge to deal with. Not to mention the exorbitant HOA fees and endless assessments totaling more than $30K in 2024 (a whopping 50% increase since 2022), the association was doing work in the underground parking lot and our deeded parking spot was unavailable for several weeks.
