Absolutely hopeless. Trying to work with Sam Cabot was really bad experience. Trying to view a property was something that never happened in 3 months period. Always cancel always something. I will never do business with them and especially Sam Cabot is someone to avoid.
Very disappointed in the service with Sam Cabot , and Commerial SA Real Estate spoke and waited 3 months to see a commercial building he managed was told one excuse after another no keys , can't meet continually no staff members to meet you, then I was ghosted, for months. This week I called to be told by another staff member the building was available, set up a viewing for Monday 3pm.
