Disgusting behaviour for what should be a professional organisation. Dont expect help if your property that you are leasing has major issues rendering it unsuitable for business use.

Missed out on a property purchase due to poor communication. Whilst highly disappointed, the agent had the decency to admit their mistake and apologise, which many in the business world would not do.
