Awesome ppl there. Customer service is always the best. Yes there is times that they are stressed and you can tell it. But they are awesome and do the best the best they can. To help everyone on the phone and in person.
I'm just a residential customer who wanted to step up to a better zero turn for my 3 acres. They recommended the Raptor SD. We've used for 3 months or so; overall good mower so far, except always had trouble starting. Our previous riding mowers had manual chokes which were never a problem. Raptors auto-choke recommends moving the lever up to first mark to "auto-choke." Sometimes fires right up. Other times really struggles to start. Seems to be getting worse. Sorry about the problem with your mower.We don't do pickup/delivery we have a service that does this. We did call our mower rep. To see if he could help in any way or even pay the pickup but he said they wouldn't pay for pickup but said he would call you. Hope he can help and as Clint said we haven't seen this problem.
