Customer Service is the worst I have ever seen in this business. Go to the shop area and you will see what a real cluster it is. When I went in there I would only deal with Randy and it was still a cluster. Thank the stars above I do not have to deal with this place anymore.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered from a business. Sent my father to drop my mower off to get serviced, a quick chute and mulcher blades. I was told to drop it off this morning. My dad gets there and they give him crap about the service. Was told they had parts in stock and would be no problem. He gets there and they say they are backed up, the parts are not in stock. I have been doing business with commercial lawn equipment for over 14 years. They have always went out of their way to accommodate me even though I am not one of the larger lawn companies in the area. They always have the parts that I need in stock and at the most reasonable prices. I am always thankful to the guys at commercial lawn equipping for making life just a little easier.

I have had my own lawn maintenance company in Lakeland for 12 years now. Worked for my father for 7 years before that. I can tell you without a doubt that these guys are the best in the business hands down. I would be out of business if not for the service that they give myself and my employees.
