Living in a current residential development under Commercial & General and I have to say they have been very unproffessional to deal with. They cannot coordinate with their contractors. I have written evidence of them making promises and lying about it. They also don't care about the residents within their development. No notifications are given to them when major changes are happening or when issues arise. I have had to constantly chase these incompetent people.
Our experience with Commercial & General was pleasurable, professional and concise. Our Conveyancer (Mohammad Jamili), I believe went over and above, dutifully, diligently and prudently following up with the vendor to ensure the purchase settled. We could not be happier with the service received from both the organisation and especially Mohammad. Highly recommend to all. Catherine & Michael.
If I could give these people 0 stars, I would... Don't sign a contract with Commercial & General
They lie to get you to sign a contract. Once your property is built, they wash their hands and take no responsibility for things that have been done incorrectly.
I’ve emailed customer service several times in regard to waterproofing issues causing internal and external issues and have had no response at all. The timber look facade and internal skirting boards have warped on both the front and rear of my home. The corner beads are starting to show through the gyprock in the bathroom. Would greatly appreciate Tandem/ Commercial and General rectifying these issues at their earliest convenience.
