They whine and dine when you are purchasing a brand new wheelchair but the honeymoon ends when your wheelchair frame breaks a year or so down the road. You aren't a priority. Don't expect a part as quickly as you get your new wheelchair. By the time you get the part. You are a 3-4 weeks without the part or your wheelchair. For a frame to break on the brand new Iq 9000 doesn't say much about the product.

The first scooter this company sent would not fit the seat that I ordered it with. They were fairly quick in sending me the correct scooter, but after charging it for 10 hours the scooter would not turn on. It's been a very disappointing process for myself and my elderly father.
