I’ve tried emailing and calling this company multiple times with no reply. I have a $130 gift card someone ordered online and I can’t use it. They basically stole $130. I will report this to appropriate authorities.

I was very leery about hiring a cleaning company after my last experience (I had to go back in and re-clean), however I was pleasantly surprised with Comfy Cozy. They responded immediately and had someone come out the same week to give me a quote and then the next day to clean. Everyone I have interacted with has been extremely friendly and professional. Ashley and her team are incredible. I keep a decently clean home but with my 2 year old being very active as 2 year olds are I just don't have the time to clean like I want to. They made our home SHINE - the pictures she sent me after were glorious and I can't wait for her to come back again. She's very quick to reply to messages, very communicative, professional - if you're looking for a cleaning company this one is IT.
Ashley and her team did a deep cleaning in my home last week. They took the time to do it right even though it took longer than originally planned. You can tell they take pride in their work. The price was still the same regardless of the extra hours they put in which I really appreciated. They did a really great job and I just set up scheduled cleanings for every few weeks. Definitely worth the money, I am happy I found Ashley and Comfy Cozy Cleaning on Facebook. I highly recommend!!
