Michelle is amazing and when I have any problems, she moves quick and gets problems solved quickly. Her communication is incredible and gets me help ASAP. I literally have her on speed dial 🙏🏼😇😊
Choosing care for elderly parents is no easy feat! One wants a responsive agency in which calls get returned and questions answered. Consistency is also important for everybody but especially for elderly loved ones. Comforts of Home provides both responsiveness and consistency! Michelle Rasnow was very helpful in getting services for my 95 year old dad through Comforts info home. Carmen, the caregiver, arrives on Tuesday and Thursday and stays from 1-6 pm each time. Our family is beyond grateful to Comforts of Home. Finding the proper care for our loved one was uncharted territory and very stressful for our family.
