The install of a new HVAC mini split went smoothly. The techs did a great job. Joshua the lead tech was knowledgeable and proficient on the Mitsubishi system. Techs were gentlemen who worked diligently as a team. The install as well as the scheduling made the experience a pleasure. Thank You Comfort Zone

Kudos to the comfort zone crew Dave & CJ for their quick response and expertise in HVAC. It was a pleasure working with them and let’s not forget Diane who got the crew over to us in one of the worst winters we’ve seen in a while. Thank you comfort zone.

My water heater went on Sat during the beginning of the weekend snow storm. I reached out on Sun and recieved a call back from the owner Will within a couple hours. Discussed the issue and what was needed. Next morning Diane from the office called and worked on scheduling. On Tues CJ and crew were at my house in the morning and replaced it. Highly impressed from beginning to end with response time, communication, professionalism, and work quality. 5 stars across the board!!!

The team at Comfort Zone is consistently excellent to work with! Sarah and Diane are always very professional and great to communicate with on the phone and fit you in when service is needed on short notice. CJ and team were excellent at working to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue I was having and get the system back up and running. Great service experience overall! I highly recommend.
