We're really happy with our roof experience with Comfort. Everyone from Dave, our sales guy, to Austin and the install crew, were courteous and professional. The guys started on time, and expertly ripped off our old roof and put the new one on - finishing well ahead of expectations. I won't need another roof anytime soon, but I will consider Comfort for other major projects around the house.
Just worked with Jason to purchase windows, a front door, and a sliding door for our home in East Amherst (14051). Jason was great to work with- knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful.
Christian C. and crew did a great job installing our replacement double-hung 100 year-old kitchen windows, and replacing a deteriorated garage man door. Entire crew was polite and respectful. We were shown how to work the new windows (much easier to clean now!) and given the keys to the new door. Clean-up was spotless.
Jeremy was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He Reviewed possible-choices with me and made appropriaterecommendations. He addressed all my questions and concerns.
I went to their showroom in North Tonawanda to look at the windows and get prices and was told that they would not entertain coming out and looking and giving a quote because I was not spending at least $2,500 when I asked them why was that I was told it had something to do with insurance I'm not quite sure what that means but interesting so be advised this is not an establishment that you can go and get just a couple windows
