Horrible experience at this location from dealing with your overnight front desk clerk to your general manager Kim Chang. Both were unprofessional and rude to my family. - 7:50pm: On 5/23 my family check into our room. Check in was completed by aislam via our printed receipt. - 10pm: My husband got extra towels from the front desk. - 1:30am: Three drunk people were at room door using a key trying to get into our room.
