Rooms and hallways smelled good. Nice rooms and pretty big. Breakfast provided and I’m a sucker for waffle machine. Potato’s really good but eggs looked weird. Did not try because they appeared off putting (jello like looking texture ☹️👎
One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, loved it
My stay was okay, but after checking out, the hotel unauthorizedly deducted $45 from my security deposit. When I emailed customer service, they claimed towels were missing or damaged. However, once we asked for proof, they completely ghosted us and never replied! We used the towels normally and did not damage or take any property. The hotel has failed to provide any reasonable explanation. It feels like they are taking advantage of international tourists who can't easily dispute this in the U.S. This is absolutely outrageous... read more
