Half of rooms are being refurbished. The recently refurbished room looked good but had poor craftsmanship in bathroom. Old plumbing did not allow tub/shower to turn off shower head for a tub bath. Lots of holes in wall for shower curtain bar.

I am beyond frustrated with this hotel stay. Nowhere on their website or booking page did it mention that they are under renovation. I arrived looking forward to relaxing, only to find out the pool is completely closed. That was one of the main reasons I booked this place. It only got worse when I got to the room. It was clearly not cleaned properly. There was hair still in the shower from a previous guest — absolutely disgusting. I even found a pill container under the bed. I’m extremely unhappy, we had a joining room with random people, the door to it would not lock! The random people came into our room multiple times. When asking to switch rooms, we were told we couldn’t get another room because there were none..

As a trucker...this is one of the nicest places ive stayed..and fairly cheap too, especially for a big city. Will definitely be back.

Never again. We usually stay here for early/late air travel. Remodeling going on. We were hoping to get a few hours sleep. They put us in a room right next to the construction and obviously not finished, with the HVAC missing and a ladder in the room. Woman at the desk was apologetic and didn't know the room was unusable. She moved us to another room. But the constant racket kept us awake. Wasn't worth the small savings over other hotels closer to the airport. Very disappointing.
