Large room , my room seemed cleaned , just a few stains here and there on the carpet. Shower could of been cleaned a little better… but nonetheless a good stay good location decent breakfast
I don't recommend because the customer service isn't great and didn't feel welcome. Room 214. Definitely need more pillows or better ones in the room, mold and stains in the shower. Stains on the towels and carpet floors. Also sticky spots on the floors. We pulled a piece of metal out of the carpet that my husband stepped on. Soap dispenser was on the counter because it had previously fallen off the wall so the paint and wall was messed up. The bar in the shower was about to fall off the wall. I would like to thank Kris, (who remembered and checked me in by name from past previous stay) along with the entire Comfort Inn DeSoto staff, for making my stay a Great Experience! As a Commercial Truck Driver, finding a quiet, clean and very comfortable place, after a long period on the road, can sometimes be challenging.
