I wish that I could give a zero. I am writing to report an extremely disappointing experience I had at Comfort Suites in DeSoto, Texas this past Saturday afternoon 2/21/26. I have several encounters at this location before and have never encountered any issues, which is why this situation was so surprising and upsetting. This is word for word what I sent them. We have checked out of your hotel because of your absolutely unacceptable conditions and employees attitudes. We are in town for a week for work and chose your hotel because we have stayed at Comfort Suites several times and always had good experiences and your guest laundry, that we need because we are working while here. Your room was very beat up. Had no working electrical outlets near the beds. Terrible water pressure in the shower that has a lot of rust and when my wife went to do... read more
