I would give 0 stars if I could. My family and I checked into our room and were immediately hit with a strong mold smell. We found visible mold in the A/C vent and bathroom, and the air conditioner wasn't working, leaving the room around 90 degrees. Traveling with my two daughters, staying there was not an option. The front desk inspected the room, agreed it was unacceptable, canceled our reservation, and promised a full refund of my $460. Unfortunately, I still haven't received it. New property nice and clean
I will not spend another dime with this company. I book online. The lady at front desk Faith didnt give me any attention. She was on her phone while I wait til she get off. I then check in finally and the room was very hot. I told them about this 20 mins after check in. They tell me thats how all the rooms were. They also said thats because it's hot outside. This place is awesome! The stand for so nice and they will definitely work with you on a late check-in the pool is super cute, and it's clean. The rooms are very nice, spacious, comfortable and clean. The lobby is great. Several big screen TVS and the breakfast area is large enough for everyone. I'm looking forward to the waffles. You should definitely come check this out.It's really nice
