Friendly staff, clean, Breakfast provided in morning. Would definitely return for a stay.
On par with the brand
Horrible experience with this place. We came with our baseball team, some of the people were put in dirty rooms. There was black mold in the rooms. I was told I’d be refunded the $484 I was charged this was a month ago now with ZERO response from the manager and I’ve called multiple times a week. I’ve even filed a case through corporate and the hotel manager has still yet to respond. HORRIBLE way to run a business
I rate this hotel really at a 0. My daughters travel to Tx for a surprise bday they arrived there around 12:30is am on Fri Aug 21.2026 . They called me at 1:35 am saying they aren’t staying there because one of my daughters went to the bathroom as roach crawled in from of her feet. I told them to call front desk to see what they can do , they spoke to a gentleman who had dreads and I think wore glasses his name was Kevin, he told them all their rooms was booked(I don’t believe that) kicked them off the WIFI and told them the... read more
