Wouldn't use this company. We have had nothing but problems. They measured wrong, installed wrong, made mistakes, not what we paid a lot of money for. They did give us a little money back for all of our troubles but we are still waiting for a better shower head to be installed. Now our shower door is giving us a problems. They are not very fast on getting back to you but they called immediately to get paid as soon as their workers left. For 30+ years, we had the traditional bath/shower. Comfort's Salesman Bob came in and talked about our options. Bob was well-informed on the shower line, and he thoroughly explained all the construction considerations that went into putting in a reliable product. Keyvon came on site within a week of signing our contract to measure. It was a matter of weeks when we got the call that the install can take place whenever we are ready. This week we had a walk-in shower and floor installed by Comfort. What a beautiful job. Everyone we dealt with from the salesman to the measurer to the installers, totally professional and informative. The team leader on the job, Nikko Torres, was just awesome. He answered all our questions and kept us informed as the job progressed. He and the rest of the crew really knew what they were doing and paid such attention to every detail. The end result is gorgeous. We love it and highly recommend. Thank you.
We just had the bathtub in my parents' home replaced with a walk-in shower installed by Comfort Showers & Bath. The shower is beautiful and equipted with grab bars and other safety features. The installer, Kaijer Ohmad, was skilled, friendly and very kind. It is an old home and he met the challenges that come along with older home renovations with professional results. We highly recommend Comfort Shower & Bath WNY!
