I wanted to express my gratitude for your help on July 5th at 9:00pm i was informed by the tennant in my manassas townhouse that the a/c thermostat was not functioning. For the last ten years i have used my york heatpump as a sole source of heat. In the past,I used a woodstove. I am writing to thank you for all you have done for us.Since this was our first heat pump we had many questions and you were so courteous in answering them.You returned all our calls promptly even coming out to ensure us everything was working properly.You did however go above and beyond the call of customer service when our air conditioner quit working.Its a shame more companies cant be like yours.The courtesy and service you and your staff provide is something you can be proud of.Again Thank you

They were able to give me a small time window on short notice,showed up on time, didn't try to inflate price for short notice visit.Carlos was the tech who showed up and was very friendly and helpful-and fast!
