Steve arrived on time and did my annual maintenance check He was professional and courteous.The best thing- checkup went well and didn’t need anything done.
Luis V was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. My water heater burst on Friday morning and Comfort Pro had a new water heater installed by 5pm the same day. Thank you Luis and thank you Comfort Pro. You'll be the first one I call when I need HVAC service in the future!
The Techs who came to my home were very polite. They put coverings over their shoes before coming in my home. They were both very knowledgeable. They checked my system out and told me exactly what was wrong with it. I would highly recommend Comfort Pro to anyone needing service on their AC or heatpump.
Cole Hindenach serviced my heater today did a great job , very professional & efficient.
Had my annual heater service Monday, October 9th and the technician (Luis V.) was very good. He was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and knew what he was doing. He took time to explain what he did and what he found and why it was necessary to look at that particular service. The office staff (Dawn E.) was and always is extremely good and again pleasant to work with and to deal with for all needs and requirements. I will continue to have Comfort Pro for my HVAC needs.
Luis V was on time, courteous, and explained his inspection of my heating system. He was careful to wear shoe covers when entering my home. I appreciated his professionalism!
They are knowledgeable, professional, clean, and courteous. Would highly recommend them!
