Too many complaints from friends who are very UNSATISFIED and suffering from the lack of reliability of this company.
Jake the technician arrived and was very nice and polite. He put shoe covers on and you could tell he loved his job. After he was finished he went over everything with me regarding my furnace check up. Answered my questions and gave me great advice on hearing my home. I would definitely recommend Jake and Comfort Pro to all my family and friends. Another shout out needs to go to Dawn the customer service rep in the office. Zane the technician serviced our furnace today. He was very polite and professional. He told me what he was going to be doing and said he would let me know when finished. Zane explained the service he completed, explained the service plan which makes sense to purchase since same price as the cleaning today. Said if we had any questions or issues to let him know.
