Had all three units serviced today to prepare for summer. Juha did a great job, was right on time, thorough inside and out, neat and courteous. Looking forward to a trouble-free summer. Very happy with Comfort One. Juha was our first tech when we discovered Comfort One. Our main unit stopped working. Comfort one has always been good to us. We have used them since 2018. Taps and Jon have always been courteous, punctual and take time to answer your questions. Jon did a complete check and cleaning of our system today. Peace of mind for the upcoming heat.
Juha was Awesome. Super cool and very friendly yet very professional. Did an outstanding job on the scheduled tuneup on my home ac. This is the second time he was the tech assigned to my service. Comfort one continues to raise the bar on expectations when it comes to their technicians, work performed, quality of work and parts used for repairs.
