Jon was a great technician - very nice and came same-day. The issue I had was serviced and resolved relatively quickly.
This is a great firm to work with. You can tell they’re not some corporate/private equity owned firm. Taps, Jon and the whole staff were very professional but very human as well. Highly recommended.
This company is outstanding. They are very responsive and on time!. They explain everything, as much info as I need (and more). I really appreciate their special 'Comfort Club' membership for biannual maintenance visits to keep our 2 heat pump units functioning optimally. The service techs will go above and beyond, as Taps did today. I highly recommend them!

We have had a couple jobs done by Comfort One. Jon has been so great to work with both times. I appreciate his understanding of cost to the customer, trying for warranty first and double checking on pricing. He did all that he could to take care of our issue as efficiently as possible.
