Very knowledgeable technician. Always on time for set appointment. Been with c/m since I reside in my house( 20 years) up to the present.
5 star. compaby.....need emergency service, based on the reviews I call them. someone was out within 10 hours. problem diagnosed, parts ordered and installed the next day. Haris the service tech, was very awsome, great attitude, helpful, etc.. Comfort Masters, called and kept me informed on updates regarding the parts required, everyone at Comfort Masters Service Experts that I spoke to had a great attitude.
Had appt for May 11 and nobody came or called. I called the office and nobody returned my call. An appt. was made for today and at 8:00 am someone called me to cancel due to hot weather. Now I have an appt. for Monday. Ok. At approx. 12:15 had a call that someone was on his way. Very nice man who listened to my problem. I have used your company for over 20 years and never had a problem. My furnace, air and water heater was purchased thru your company less than two years ago. On time and very detailed.
Service is pretty good, but the service department doesn't return my calls. Had a question regarding my thermostat?...or was the issue my A/C?? Still don't know yet. Both kinda still working for right now. Time to call someone else for answers...?
