The gas to our furnace was accidentally turned off during a gas meter installation, though it wasn't obvious until after the installer left. Comfort Masters techs promptly solved the problem and also gave us advice about replacing our water heater. Thank you Comfort Masters!

We are on their Service Plan and they came out recently and made a number of recommendations on their annual furnace cleaning, including some safety issues, which we appreciated. We have used them in the past and had some issues which they did ultimately resolve to our satisfaction related to an air conditioner we purchased from them, and service related issues. We had this company come out because our heat wasn't working. We were told that there were "cracks" in heating element and we could get a new furnace with service agreement for $100/month for 10 YEARS. We called another company and when they came out they said there were no cracks and installed a new starter for $89. This company is a rip off. DO NOT USE.
Thank you for coming out and fixing my furnace! Saturday night and Sunday was a cold one! Very friendly people and take time to explain things! Prices are fair!
