My experience with Comfort Keepers was a very positive one. I used them to transport me to an outpatient medical procedure which was several miles away and required me to have a designated driver and someone to remain during my appointment. My driver was Wendy and what a wonderful and dedicated person she is. She made sure that I arrived safely and on time for my appointment. The assigned caregiver for my Mother was excellent. Estella Hunter from day one was so wonderful and caring. Very professional and in time became part of my family. Don't lose her.
I used Comfort Keepers to drive me to the hospital for cataract surgery, stay with me during the surgery, and drive me home. They were fantastic. Very prompt, efficient and reasonable. A great experience!
we have been very happy with comfort keepers and specifically my mom's caretaker. Staff Manager and response from leadership have been always in a timely fashion. I highly recommend comfort keepers.
