The caretakers were well prepared and treated us with respect . The office staff were easy to contact. Overall a very good experience

This is the 3rd Sleep Number bed I have bought. I had a good experience with the 1st two beds that were purchased. Buying this last bed has been a comedy of errors. I purchased a Cal King I8 Smart Bed in December 2024. After sleeping on it for a week, I found the mattress had vertically moved 5 to 6 inches. I then purchased 2 U-shaped metal bars connected to the bed's bottom. These bars helped move the mattress forward, but now it moved 7 to 8 inches horizontally.
