My mother in law had these people last year and it was a nightmare for me and my wife. After sending several unqualified people to out home to sit with our family member they finally sent one who could actually change a diaper and didn't go to sleep in our living room. My wife requested the same one who was FINALLY qualified this year and they REFUSED. This is the shadiest, most unprofessional, business I have ever seen and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
