Melissa Coffin has been an Angel. My sister has severe dementia. With this diagnosis, many challenges arose; not in a timely manner; caregivers were needed, had to be changed, again and again. Melissa was there to meet every challenge. She answers my frantic calls for placement of caregivers QUICKLY. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. We are still working together. She has literally saved my sanity.
