Hate to be so brutally honest but I'd start with replacing Jessica the office manager or whatever her title is. We had issue after issue and Jessica typically doesn't respond and when she does she's like sorry, nothing i can do. My mother has dimensia and my sister and I both work and need some lead time to find someone to be with her. So Comfort Keepers you are losing a $70,000 dollar account because we are going elsewhere.
