We call to plan for someone to sit with my father days before hand and we constantly get no shows. When we call and ask if anyone is coming they give us excuses like “we must have missed your message”. The thing is we didn’t even leave a message, we talked and scheduled with a worker. It’s happened on multiple occasions. I would recommend using a different company.
That on holiday the employees can be off with their family too and they are willing to work with you to help you out the best that they can
