Most of the caregivers are great they don't value them at all and they don't check in with the clients as they should. There is a lot of discrimination in the office about who they choose to keep as clients and who they drop with no official notice or reason. The personnel over the government issues is not a people person and she does not know how to talk to clients and employees.
