Comfort Keepers provided exceptional, compassionate and professional care for my mother and brother with Down Syndrome, enabling them to safely stay in their home as they wanted. My mom initially resisted care but the friendly and warm caregivers eventually earned my mom’s trust and she greatly enjoyed their company and conversation. We have been using Comfort Keepers for 4 months and are so thankful for the help. We use 4 hours 3 times a week and they save us so much energy that we feel re energized. All the helpers have been very competent in the time they have been here.

I had high hopes based on my initial meeting to set up care for my 85 year old mother. However, things did not go well to say the least. In the span of the eight or nine days we had the misfortune of counting on Comfort Keepers staff to show up for their shifts, they had a 60% call off/no show rate. Not good when you’ve put your trust in them to take care of your loved one (especially when you are out of town for work). I was in constant communication with them and spoke to their owner twice. Brandi Middleton was excellent. I visited the office and was impressed by the compassionate attention to their clients and their employees and vendors. I felt welcomed and viewed not as a number but as a human being. This is a home health care business but I felt that they are in the care of client and employee business as their priority. People first is my impression on how they operate. Well done Comfort Keeper staff and management.

Comfort Keepers have been very accommodating. When a caregiver isn't able to make it they will send out a replacement caregiver. All caregivers are very professional and friendly.
