As a caretaking son with a busy career & family life, I’m thankful for teaming up with Comfort Keepers for handling the day to day morning, afternoon, and dinner time assistance needed for my mother. She outgrew her level of care at her previous assisted living facilities and Comfort Keepers was the answer to being able to bring her back home and continue that higher level of care from her home. The service has been great!
Brandi Middleton was excellent. I visited the office and was impressed by the compassionate attention to their clients and their employees and vendors. I felt welcomed and viewed not as a number but as a human being. This is a home health care business but I felt that they are in the care of client and employee business as their priority. People first is my impression on how they operate. Well done Comfort Keeper staff and management.
I had high hopes based on my initial meeting to set up care for my 85 year old mother. However, things did not go well to say the least. In the span of the eight or nine days we had the misfortune of counting on Comfort Keepers staff to show up for their shifts, they had a 60% call off/no show rate. My father has passed, but he loved his one particular homemaker named Linda Hutton. She was so awesome and he really connected with her. There were a couple of other women they sent, but they were lazy and not worth the time. Linda was his favorite, she even got him to smile and open up, even while dying from colon cancer. Thank you Linda Hutton.
Comfort Keepers hit the bullseye, after trying 5 or 6 other companies we found Comfort Keepers and they gave us the perfect person.
