Beautiful, clean, very nice and helpful staff! Loved it!
Love this place! Clean, perfect temperature pool. Staff is super friendly.
They have treated us very well, since we started staying here during my Mayo appointments and surgeries. The staff is always nice and my husband loves the breakfast they provide.
They charged us for an extra night even though they said we could cancel if we got in to Ronald Mcdonald House and called them by 6 pm but they didn't keep there word so we did not go back there the next time we had to go Mayo Clinic.
The staff was very friendly & the place clean. However, the manager was extremely rude & I left there very disappointed. We were on a wait list to stay at the Ronald McDonald House as my son was at Mayo. The desk clerk knew my situation & told me to call as soon as the House had room for us. We called as soon as we got word. The manager said I called 15 MINUTES too late & was charging me for another night. I was never given a deadline to notify them. My 'home away from home' for my Mayo check ups!!!! Convenient to Mayo, shopping, restaurants etc.
Hands Down THE BEST! Love the Help getting to and from Mayo. Here from Eastern Iowa. The Staff makes you feel at Home. Appreciate the discount for Mayo Patients, it Really Helps ease the Burden.
The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful with everything for our whole stay. The rooms were great- clean and comfy and the bed was AWESOME! We will stay here again and again, this is our new place to come when we are here. Troy needs a raise. :-)
