I've been trying to contact this hotel for about 2 months regarding about a room block and all my guests traveling in haven't been able to get ahold of them to book with the room block rate. What's the number we need to call where we don't get an AI robot
Checked into our room. Before I even set anything down I noticed a black spec on the bed. It moved! Used the light on my phone and found it was a bed bug! We got a different room. We Checked the bed very carefully and didnt find any bugs in the second room. The second room had a toilet that wouldn't stop running. The water in the shower never got hot. It was luke warm at best. Excellent hotel
Amazing place to stay, the best in Independence!! Mgmt and staff are very helpful and kind!! They actually have REAL eggs for breakfast, it's amazing! The coffee is so good too, they keep it flowing. Check them out of you need a place there.
