Waited over 15 minutes for anyone to come to the front desk to get checked in.. got checked in noticed they charged me twice for my stay! Went back to tell them and they barely speak English all I got out of it was it will take 5-7 business days to get my funds back. Well that was all of my trip money! The shower was nasty/not cleaned. Not a comfortable stay at all!

My service rating is 1 star only because that is the lowest that I can give. I was terribly disappointed with my stay. I would not recommend a stay at this hotel. First thing is that they do not clearly state that you have to pay a $100 cash deposit for your room even if you have prepaid and have a credit card on file. The night front desk person, Pam or Tammy was extremely rude and discourteous. She should not be working in customer service! The manager was very nice and apologetic for the night clerks behavior.
