Friendly staff clean rooms great breakfast great area
Beautiful hotel .. only thing is we've been here 4 days n the breakfast is the same everyday could switch up the scrambled eggs add some cheese n ham or something different had to go to waffle house today was tired of the same thing.. But other than that we will definetly be back
We stayed here 10/8/2016 through 10/9/2016. Right when we checked in and got to our room we noticed there were stink bugs, about 10 of them, all around the window. we called the front desk and they said "well we are in the woods there is not much we can do because if we remove them they will put off a scent and then 30 would come" So, if we really wanted to stay in the "woods" we would have gone camping not book a hotel room which cost $260/night.... We have done so much traveling this year of 2016, but our visit to Blue Ridge and our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites on the Outlook, was one of the very best. We had always stayed at another well known name hotel, but decided on Comfort for this visit, and I can say they have a new customer. The scenery is fantastic, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was good also. The hotel was very clean and rooms were well laid out and beds very comfortable.
Awesome place and awesome customer service! We stayed in the room with the hot tub and it was great.
