The rooms are very nice. Bed very comfortable The view was amazing!! The bathrooms do need to be updated. The breakfast bar was awesome along with the staff*****
Great Lodge!!! The atmosphere fabulous and the sheets on the bed so soft.
Absolutely beautiful lodge, from the entrance to the rooms. Excellent breakfast. Courteous staff.
Will not stay or book anyone here again. Would not honor my guests aaa card after it was lost during a terrible day that ended up being on the road for 16 hours. Had aaa on the phone 2x at the front desk providing all the information but still needed the lost card. This registration has zero compassion. Come on for $14 you lost a lifetime of business at all comfort inns. Not something I care to support in a hotel chain. Great example of poor customer service.
Have stayed here before and always had a pleasant stay but last night besides fire alarm going off at 4am and non working elevators this morning - no I'm sorry for the inconvenience or apologies at check out might just change my mind in staying again!!
BLACK MOLD in the bathrooms. Door locks get stuck and the doors will not close. Lots of dogs barking. Ask the cancel my room since there is black mold and I did not want my daughter with allergies to stay and all they did was change my room(which I told them I would not be staying in) and still charge me. The room they changed me to was already charged to another mans account for less than I paid. Several family members stayed in four different rooms. All had problems with the mold and locks.
