Booked this hotel on Booking.com but when we arrived the property was closed for renovations & was not notified by the property or by Booking.com. Very irritating especially when arriving late at night.
Y’all. DO NOT EVER stay at Comfort INN & SUITES-Elk City. Not only was there blood in our room, but now they wanna act like I did nothing to report it and be rude. Not to mention it says masks required and the front desk staff and guests had no masks in sight
I had to fix the toilet myself to stop it from constantly running, and I found black mold in the tank when I did. The heater smells like burning hair.
They have a sex offender that's registered working there around kids in pool. carissa cooper.
Miserable hot stay! The air conditioning was off in the hallways, and throughout the motel it was insufficient. The bathrooms had no ventilation , and the breakfast room was so hot that eating was miserable. The room was hot even though the AC was running. Also, the room door was too narrow and left a one inch gap around which pores hot air into the room. I rate this place as a NEVER AGAIN! I am disappointed as a gold customer!
The receptionist was just great. I believe she needs to be promoted! Thanks for the comfy beds and I appreciate the maids hard work. Room was terrific. Great job. �
