It was nice beds were comfortable,rooms were cleaned. Was not able to use the pool cause it rained. The lady who checked me in had a attitude but other than that the other staff were nice and hospitable. Very convenient if going to Washington DC about 9 miles away.
Nice comfortable beds. Breakfast is great and well put together. Only compliant I have is the road is busy and it's hard to get out of the entrance in the mornings. I would recommend this hotel
Terrible. Worst customer service ever! My husband booked for the wrong days and they would not let us change them. Offered to pay any difference in price but still nothing. Will never recommend or stay at a comfort inn again.
My AC went out, so I had to find a decent hotel that could accommodate my four legged babies and myself. Victoria, was very nice and provided me with excellent customer services. I like the fact that they provide the disposal waste bags for the dogs. However, I found it crazy that there was not a trash bin nearby.
Full breakfast good food. Staff a little ignorant about the metro system. Shuttle great. Clean inexpensive. Will stay here again.
