Very friendly staff and clean environment.
Say NO to room 105! The room is directly across the from the gym and lobby; super LOUD. The front desk lady did handle the noisy group congregated in the hallway but was still a terrible room location.
Our room smelled awful and when I asked if we could change rooms, the front desk clerk told me to calm down. Rude. He did change rooms and it was better but needed a lot of work. Secondly the life guard whispered to my granddaughter that she was a terrible swimmer (which she is not) and that she needed to stay in the shallow end. She should have talked to me about it. I was sitting right there watching her. Again rude. Last thing, I asked the front desk if they had a stamp I could buy. She said no they don't sell stamps. I a... read more
