First of all when the cleaning lady came it was super early way to early !! We said come back later me and my husband went to site seeing got back to the hotel at 8pm no one came to clean , give us fresh towels or make the bed I mean nothing and I'm not use to that .. now I'm checking out and I'm waiting on my ride and there are 6 people waiting to check in and out and there has not been an attendant and the desk for at least 45 min .. and the person that was there he stayed on his personal cell phone .. one lady is so upset... read more

We stayed there on July 5th, on our way to a funeral in the area, I thought that the young man who checked us in was professional and kind, our room was ok,nothing to brag about, we ate in the dining room and the waitress was a sweet young Lady, but the food wasn't very good, we had breakfast there,too, coffee machine didn't work, had to use the one in the lobby, nothing special to eat, bagels, tiny danish, scrambled eggs and something that resembled sausage, we wouldn't recommend it to my friends and family.

Arrived after a long flight from Europe. We were tired the room we had smelled like someone just smoked there even thought we paid for a non-smoker. Room was not upkeptb was noisy could hear the steps of people upstairs. Wouldn't stay there again. Rate was not reasonable. Had great airport schedule 24/7.

NEVER AGAIN Old, run down, dirty, staff needs a course in how to deal with the public. Very unprofessional, EXCEPT, the shuttle driver. He was very nice.
