All I’m gonna say is NEVER AGAIN. The minute we walked in our rooms we checked out AND THE CLERK LAUGHED IN OUR FACES. Based on all of the past reviews I will be speaking to the health department. There’s a whole pandemic happening and just when you have to be extra clean you are presented with this filth. STRAIGHT GARBAGE.

We canceled a reservation and they billed us $199.68 and they told us we came to the hotel. The manager said he would call us back and check on our claim and he never called back. Worse ordeal ever and I will inform everyone of the miscommunication and losing my money. When the manager doesn’t do what they are there for it’s a sad day.
DO NOT STAY AT THiS HOTEL! The only way to improve this hotel would be to level it and build a new hotel. Everything at this hotel is filthy or broken. A disgusting excuse for a "quality" inn.

Most disgusting dirty hotel I have ever been at.
Customer Service wasn't professional at all,the pillow cases on the bed was filthy,tiles on the bathroom walls was falling down,it was just a mess.
i parked here and recieved bad service. No one answered the phone for airport pickup for about 15 min and even after they did it took 40 min for the van to show up and procedded to give me attitude. Also there van has 4 broken seatbelts so I needed to switch rows while driving just to buckle inn.
