Charged me extra for a pet I didn't have. The clerk had a HORRIBLE attitude THE WHOLE TIME! The clerk also had a hard time communicating in English. She wrote room 120 on the sheet the yelled at me in the morning cause apparently she told me to stay in room 106 was very disappointed with this and will NOT being staying at the Londge ever again... PLEASE fix this...

WORST MANAGER AND HOTEL EVER. SHE STOLD OUR DEPOSIT AND LEFT BE4 WE EVEN CHECKED OUT. HER REASON: WE HAD A SERVICE ANIMAL.. ILLLEGAL.. AND WE EVEN CALLED 1ST TO ASK IF THEY COULD ACCOMMODATE US. NEXT DAY THEY SAID THEY WERE KEEPING OUR DEPOSIT CAUSE WE HAD A SERVICE ANIMAL IN THE ROOM WHO HAS ALL THE LEGAL DOCUMENTS TOO. CROOKED ASS MEXICAN WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION. WE ARE NOW GONNA SUE THEM AND GET THE ADA INVOLVED TO FIRE THAT DISHONEST THEIF OF A MANAGER stay anywhere else dont support these crime committing employers the... read more
bed was comfortable, room clean.looks very worn in the room (room 328). very stained and soiled, worn out carpeting, window curtain sheers were thread bare and ripped, desk chair was worn and ripped, only stocked with decaf coffee, no laundry bags in the closet.place badly in need of and overhaul / remodel.HVAC system, plumbing and bed were fine, which are the basics I used. Is not worth this market pricing they ask for it. thank goodness I saved with discounting on Priceline.com

RecommendedStopped in on our way from Arkansas to Florida. The girl at the desk was so welcoming and friendly!! Rooms clean and bug free. id definitely come back. On my way back to Arkansas if I stop this is the place!
