Absolutely everything about this place is top notch. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Surroundings were gorgeous. The breakfast food was delicious. This will be my permanent hotel go to every time I get the chance to visit Eureka Springs.
Beautiful, quiet, friendly staff and the best complimentary breakfast we've ever had!
We have stayed here twice and enjoyed our stay both times. Hotel was clean, comfortable and employees were very courteous and helpful. If we had a complaint it would be that we made reservations through Expedia and our credit card number was compromised and someone in London started using our cc. Thank goodness cc people questioned the activity and we were okay.
Very nice,and beautiful place. The staff were friendly and very helpful, There were 16 ladies from the circle c cowboy church in mt. Pleasant, Tx we were all satisfied with the rooms. I would recommend this place to family and friends.
