quiet clean and the staff was friendly
We didn't stay here but when we made our reservations a few months in advance, someone screwed up. Comfort inn was very quick to take their money and refuse to talk to us. I guess they find it ok to steal over $100 from a family just trying to travel. We have talked to 3 different women and all said "the manager will be in on Sunday at 6am and call us back". He has not and when we call, he's gone already. Sounds like a poorly run place. Thanks for stealing our money!
Comfort Inn North Platte, Me. Your front desk staff needs to be trained. She was on the phone for 15 minutes while there were 4 people waiting to check in. We left and went to the Super 8 across the street. Great service there.
This place is really nice, I love the hospitality!
I had to clean my bathroom to take a shower, hair and scum all over it. And moldy coffee grounds in my coffee pot. Worst $80 ever spent!!
